We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority — if something is wrong with your order, we will always make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at opalfig@outlook.com with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

EU customers: Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to arrange this.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
